\n\t\t\t\t\t50 years\u2019 experience in the petroleum industry with both major and independent oil companies, as a consultant and more latterly as the Chief Technical Officer in a royalty & streaming company, Flowstream Commodities. Brian has worked in or upon most of the hydrocarbon producing regions of the world, using his broad technical and commercial experience to link and provide high level services and expertise, principally as an advisor to boards and senior management.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tBrian has advised on various corporate and asset valuations as well as public company takeovers, and expert witness work. He has also been involved with public offerings and led Gaffney, Cline & Associates\u2019 public company Competent Person\u2019s Reporting, which involved work in all listing jurisdictions. He assisted in the preparation of the technical requirements for listing on the Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges. He is an expert, and has advised a number of companies, on reserves estimation, reporting and booking, and has presented training courses on these matters as well as presenting on unitization and re-determination issues at conferences and workshops.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tAs well as working with Ulysses Petroleum Management, Brian also works as an independent advisor in his own consulting firm, Minerva Oil & Gas Advisors<\/a>, having also previously held chief executive positions in the UK operations of Peko Petroleum and Cultus Petroleum.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
