He has advised governments, NOCs and IOCs on petroleum policy and licensing in a number of the leading producing nations; due diligence for acquisitions, divestments and financing; and acts as an expert (reporting and testimony, as well as for Arbitrators) in dispute resolution matters, particularly in connection with valuations and losses.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tIn that regard, Bob undertook the valuation of Naftogaz’s upstream assets in Crimea as part of the US$ 5+ billion award (April 2023) against the Russian Federation.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\tBob is Treasurer of the Association of International Energy Negotiators<\/u><\/a> (AIEN), and received Member of the Year Award for 2022-2023. He has jointly presented a video on Key Issues In Reserves Analysis<\/u><\/a> for the AIEN University, is a co-author of a paper on the Valuation of Upstream Oil and Gas Assets<\/u><\/a> in the April 2019 edition of the Journal of World Energy Law and Business.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t
