Brian has advised on various corporate and asset valuations as well as public company takeovers, and expert witness work. He has also been involved with public offerings and led Gaffney, Cline & Associates’ public company Competent Person’s Reporting, which involved work in all listing jurisdictions. He assisted in the preparation of the technical requirements for listing on the Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges. He is an expert, and has advised a number of companies, on reserves estimation, reporting and booking, and has presented training courses on these matters as well as presenting on unitization and re-determination issues at conferences and workshops.
